Elva Court is a Supported Accommodation Service in Bexhill-on-Sea, and we are looking for a Senior Support Worker to add to our staff team to help make a difference to people’s lives.
Sleep-in shifts are available and paid as an additional supplement.

Utilising your passion for empowering people with complex mental health needs, you will be supporting individuals to increase their independence and life quality, as well as supporting staff to achieve excellence.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Elva Court is looking for an inspiring and compassionate person who can work creatively alongside people with mental health needs on their journey towards greater wellbeing and independence.
Experience is essential, as is a Level 3 Health and Social Care Diploma.
