Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate hand-held grinders.
• Monitor operations and inspect finished products.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follow supervision directions on tasks at hand.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience as a Grinder or similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods standing and stretching to install and repair pipes and pipe fittings.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
• Ability to work in an outdoor shipyard with exposure to extreme heat/cold at times.
