Ansell is looking for a HR Data & Analytics Manager to join our team in Krakow, PL, Cyberjaya, MY or Mumbai, IN.
In this position you will play a vital role in leading the development of HR data strategy, architecture, and dashboards to transform HR into a data-driven function. This role involves designing scalable reporting solutions, ensuring data accuracy, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights using platforms like Oracle Cloud HCM, EBS, and Taleo

What your role will be?
Collaborating with our cross functional teams, and reporting to the Director, HR Policy Process & Systems Improvements, you will have the opportunity to:
· Define, develop, and implement a comprehensive, scalable HR data and reporting strategy that directly aligns with our business and HR priorities.
· Design, build, and manage robust ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) pipelines and data architecture to seamlessly integrate HR data from diverse sources including Oracle Cloud HCM, EBS, Taleo, and other platforms.
· Lead the design, development, and deployment of sophisticated Power BI dashboards. This includes crafting complex DAX measures for key performance indicators (KPIs) and advanced metrics, and leveraging cutting-edge visualization techniques to deliver actionable insights.
· Maintain robust data governance and data quality frameworks within our HR systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all reporting.
· Develop advanced HR analytics frameworks and deliver recurring and ad-hoc HR reports to various stakeholders, translating complex data into clear, strategic narratives.
· Identify and implement opportunities for process automation, predictive analytics, and enhanced data utilization within HR. You'll also train and empower HR team members to confidently adopt Power BI dashboards and leverage analytics for informed decision-making.
· Act as the primary liaison with HR, IT, and external vendors for all HR data, reporting, and system enhancement initiatives.
What will you bring to Ansell?
· Solid hands-on experience in HRIS, HR reporting, and HR analytics, a background in consulting on architecting and implementing data solutions would be seen as a plus.
· Mastery of Power BI:
o Expertise in building highly interactive and impactful dashboards and visualizations.
o Advanced proficiency in writing complex DAX calculations for advanced metrics and analytical needs.
o Demonstrated ability to design user-friendly, visually compelling stories that resonate with both HR and business audiences.
· Proven experience with reporting and data extraction from Oracle Cloud HCM, Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), and Taleo. – SQL Knowledge expected
· Strong background in data engineering principles, ETL processes, and advanced data modelling techniques.
· Exceptional ability to translate complex business requirements into tangible, data-driven insights, and scalable reporting solutions.
· Strong project management skills with a proven track record of leading initiatives from conception to completion.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
· A highly self-directed individual with a commitment to delivering high-quality work on time and independently.
