Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machines to produce precision components according to specifications. This role requires a strong understanding of machining processes, attention to detail, and the ability to work with various tools and equipment in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Operate CNC machines, including lathes and milling machines, to fabricate parts based on engineering drawings and specifications.
• Set up and adjust CNC machinery and tooling as needed for optimal performance.
• Utilize precision measuring instruments to ensure parts meet quality standards and tolerances.
• Interpret technical drawings and apply GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles during machining operations.
• Conduct routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise during operation.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance productivity.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in using CNC programming software and operating various types of CNC machinery.
• Strong knowledge of tooling, machining processes, and basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
• Familiarity with precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Experience operating forklifts is a plus but not mandatory.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including blueprints and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and quality assurance practices.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
