About the Opportunity
We are seeking two reliable, motivated individuals to join our Production and Shipping teams on a temporary basis (approximately 2 months). These team members will support daily operations in both our Liner Manufacturing and Freight Packing departments—helping ensure our products are made, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently during a high-demand period. Key Responsibilities
Operate machinery and tools safely to produce, assemble, and prepare products for shipment.
Follow specific work orders, production instructions, and packing lists to ensure accuracy.
Perform quality checks to confirm product dimensions, labeling, and packaging meet company standards.
Handle raw materials and finished goods efficiently, both indoors and outdoors as needed.
Accurately measure, document, and track product details (e.g., weight, count, dimensions).
Use warehouse and shop equipment such as pallet jacks, scan guns, stretch wrap machines, grinders, and drills.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas through daily housekeeping tasks.
Report any equipment concerns, material shortages, or safety issues to supervisors promptly.
Contribute to a culture of teamwork, reliability, and professionalism in all duties performed.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
Ability to read, write, and follow verbal instructions in English.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality.
Comfortable performing physical labor, including standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs. throughout the day.
Prior warehouse, shipping, or manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
Dependable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented attitude.
Work Environment
Work is performed in a production and warehouse setting with exposure to moving machinery, noise, and temperature changes due to open loading areas and production spaces. Safety procedures and personal protective equipment (PPE) are required at all times.
Compensation & Duration
Temporary full-time employment (approx. 2 months). Monday-Friday
Day shift hours (may vary slightly by department and seasonal workload)
