What to expect during the internal hiring process:

Within three business days of submitting your application, you can expect the following: 

1. Your current manager will receive a notification from Greenhouse prompting them to complete a scorecard evaluating your engagement and performance in your current role. 
2. Your current manager and the Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS) will meet to discuss the details of the scorecard, and it will be determined if we will proceed with your application.
• If we choose to proceed, you will receive an email from the TAS notifying you that we will be proceeding with your application and it will include a scheduling link to set up time with the open role’s hiring manager 
• If we choose not to proceed, you will meet with your manager to discuss why we will not be proceeding with your application at this time.  

We are looking for a Small Pack Team Lead who has a natural knack for organization, is motivated to drive continuous improvement, and has a desire to lead with clear and high expectations of themselves and those around them.

The Small Pack Shipping Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the small package shipping department. This includes leading a team of shipping associates, ensuring all packages are shipped in a timely and accurate manner, and implementing improvements to improve safety, productivity and efficiency. This position will also regularly communicate and collaborate with other Warehouse teams to share resources and complete projects to drive improvements. Regular communication with Purchasing, Sales and Service and Manufacturing team will also be needed to meet the needs of our customers and to keep the department operating efficiently. 

What You’ll Be Doing within our Small Pack Shipping Operations: 

• Manage a team of shipping associates and ensure they are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties  
• Set high expectations for work performance and safety and hold others accountable  
• Oversee the shipping of all packages, ensuring they are shipped on time and with the correct documentation  
• Monitor and maintain inventory of all shipping materials, tools and supplies. Coordinate purchases and improvements with the Purchasing Team and Warehouse Facilities  
• Monitor and Report shipping team KPI’s to Warehouse Manager weekly (brand promise and shipping errors)  
• Implement process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency and reduce shipping errors  
• Implement improvements to improve safety and ergonomics   
• Communicate with Sales and Service team members to ensure all orders are shipped on time  
• Recognize and reward top performers and promote Clickstop’s Core Values and Traits  
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures and documentation  

Safety and Organization  

• Support and drive safety initiatives and projects to improve safety and ergonomics for warehouse associates  
• Be a vocal advocate for safe work practices and workspaces and hold others accountable to high standards  

Special Projects  

• Assist in projects designed to improve the safety, organization, or cleanliness of the warehouse  
• Assist in projects, as needed, to organize or dispose of slow-moving, defective, or expired inventory  

Valuable Skills and Abilities:

• Shiphawk experience not required, but valuable
