The Role
ACC is seeking a Senior Account Executive who is passionate about entertainment (and the business of entertainment), culture, and storytelling. This role is ideal for a communications professional with strong media relations experience, excellent client service skills, and a knack for managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, creative environment. You’ll support senior team members in developing and executing integrated PR campaigns that drive measurable impact for high-profile clients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of strategic PR and communications programs across multiple clients.
  • Manage day-to-day account activities, including media outreach, client updates, timelines, and reporting.
  • Draft press materials, pitches, media lists, and campaign recaps with attention to detail and creativity.
  • Proactively secure press opportunities and build strong relationships with entertainment, lifestyle, and trade media.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams—including digital, creative, and influencer marketing—to ensure seamless campaign integration.
  • Monitor media coverage, compile results, and provide actionable insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and help generate fresh, innovative ideas that align with client goals.
  • Support event planning and on-site execution when needed.
Requirements

The Ideal Candidate

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in public relations, communications, or marketing; agency experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in managing media relations and supporting campaigns.
  • Strong writing, pitching, and communication skills with an eye for detail.
  • A creative thinker who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple priorities at once.
  • Knowledge of pop culture, media trends, and influencer marketing.
  • A self-starter who is eager to learn, grow, and take ownership of projects.
