Your Daily Responsibilities
- Assign tasks and manage Record Center Team Members according to workload, in order to maintain accuracy, ensure security, and meet Access SOP standards and Client Service Level Agreements.
- Assist Record Center Team Members in daily operations through hands on direction.
- Follow the 5S principles: Sort, Set in Order, Sweep and Shine, Standardize and Sustain.
- Promote and enforce safety and security policies and practices. Ensure compliance with appropriate OSHA safety regulations.
- Maintain on-time performance for all record center activities as reported on monitors and other reports.
- Help train team members on systems, scanners, workflows and procedures and provide feedback on team member performance, as needed.
- Maintain an available inventory of new boxes and supplies.
- Communicate regularly with direct Supervisor to notify him or her of any potential issues, personnel or otherwise, including but not limited to those relating to your job, or those relating to the client.
- Perform any other tasks and projects assigned by your Supervisor.
More About You
- The physical ability to lift boxes, recycling bins and materials weighing up to 60 pounds and carry boxes weighing up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the day.
- At least 2 to 3 years of warehouse experience.
- Prior experience leading service-oriented teams is a plus.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
