Assistant Director of Nursing - MTNRC at McMahon Tomlinson Nursing & Rehab Center

DEFINITION:

The Assistant Director of Nursing, Skilled Clinical Operations is responsible for administering quality care services for residents and skilled nursing patients, supervising nursing activities and ensuring the residents and patients comfort under the supervision of the Director of Nursing. Assistant Director of Nursing. The Clinical Operations (ADON-C) will work closely with the Director of Nursing to ensure quality customer service and compliance with all federal and state regulations. The ADON -C will manage communications between nurses and physicians and ensure that nurses follow regulations and policies.

EDUCATION:

LPN

REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS (IF APPLICABLE):

Authorized to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Oklahoma.
