About This Role:

  • Workforce Scheduling & Optimization: Develops and maintains provider schedules within the EMR and workforce systems to ensure appropriate staffing levels, service coverage, and optimized provider utilization.
  • Forecasting & Strategic Planning: Analyzes historical trends, attrition, and headcount to forecast staffing needs, partnering with Finance and Talent teams to inform leadership decisions and service-level planning.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Conducts ongoing analysis of productivity, staffing efficiency, and service levels, providing daily/weekly/monthly performance reports and leading staffing review meetings to identify risks and adjustments.
  • Operational Coordination & Change Management: Manages schedule change requests, non-productive time, and alignment exercises, working with leadership to coordinate meetings, trainings, and operational activities without compromising access or service.
  • Regulatory Compliance & Continuous Improvement: Audits systems for accuracy, identifies operational gaps, and recommends solutions while maintaining strict adherence to Evara Health, HIPAA, HRSA, and regulatory standards.

Education and Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent combination of education and related experience required. 
  • 3 years of scheduling experience preferred. 
  • Experience with WFM software and EPI (Aspect, IEX, Genesys, etc.), preferred. 
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills required. 
  • Demonstrated computer and software skills required.
