Customer Experience Representative at Badger Liquor

As a Customer Experience Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, processing orders, and identifying opportunities to recommend products that meet their needs. By leveraging strong communication skills and a consultative sales approach, you'll overcome objections, close deals and contribute tot he company's growth.

In this role, you will engage with customers via phone and email, providing product knowledge and support while ensuring a seamless ordering process.  You'll assist sales territories with customer and order-related inquiries, process returns and credit adjustments, and proactively promote new products.  You ability to multitask, stay organized, and problem-solve will be keys to your success.  

What You'll Do:

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional and engaging communication.
• Assist customers with inquiries, process orders, and provide solutions to ensure satisfaction.
• Identify sales opportunities, present product benefits, and confidently close deals.
• Support sales teams by handling customer-relation requests and managing order details.
• Process returns, credit adjustments, and payments efficiently.
• Promote new products and drive business growth for both the company and customers.
• Manage customer account setups and ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Adapt to various tasks and support different areas of the business as needed. 

What You Bring: 

• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or a related role. 
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A sales-driven mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and close deals.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns with professionalism.
• Proficiency in computer systems and a willingness to learn new technologies.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
