Position Overview:


The Teall Properties Group (TPG) division of Teall Capital Partners was created in 2018 to serve as the arm for the high school market. TPG believes in the high school experience and how it positively shapes our next generation. It is our mission to support this cause by connecting its community to organizations and brands that share in this belief.


The Creative Coordinator will play a key role in shaping and executing the visual and digital presence of the Florida High School Athletic Association (FHSAA). This position will oversee the association’s creative content, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms while driving engagement with member schools, student-athletes, fans, and partners. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail-oriented creative professional with strong skills in design, digital media, and content strategy.


Key Responsibilities:


Social Media Management  

  • Oversee all FHSAA social media accounts, including strategy, content creation, posting, and community engagement.
  • Monitor analytics to assess performance and inform future content decisions.

Content Planning & Creation  

  • Develop, implement, and manage the annual content calendar for all platforms.
  • Create and distribute the FHSAA newsletters, ensuring timely, engaging, and brand-aligned communication.

Event Media Oversight  

  • Coordinate event photography and videography, ensuring high-quality coverage of FHSAA championships and special events.
  • Manage proof of performance for partner assets and sponsorship deliverables.

Design & Creative Assets  

  • Produce mockups and creative materials for sales decks, presentations, and marketing collateral.
  • Oversee the creation and consistency of FHSAA brand guidelines, including logo design and usage.

Media Production  

  • Produce and distribute bracket release shows, podcasts, and other multimedia content.

Website Coordination  

  • Assist with annual website updates and ensure digital content remains accurate, accessible, and engaging.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, media production, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in social media management, creative coordination, graphic design or related roles.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects), CapCut and/or Canva.
  • Experience in photography, videography, and video editing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of sports, especially high school athletics, is preferred.

Work Environment & Expectations  

  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed for events.
  • Occasional travel for championship coverage and media production.
  • Collaborative team environment with a high level of creativity and innovation.
