The Role: Your Opportunity Awaits
As a Rolls-Royce Certified Automotive Technician, you will perform high-level diagnostic and repair work on luxury vehicles. This role is for a motivated, detail-oriented professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and is committed to upholding the prestigious Rolls-Royce standard.
Responsibilities
- Execute repair orders with precision and efficiency in line with dealership standards.
- Utilize specialized diagnostic tools and equipment to test vehicle components and systems.
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair complex automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
- Effectively communicate technical needs to the Service Advisor to keep customers informed of required services and estimated repair times.
- Perform all warranty work according to manufacturer specifications.
Qualifications
- Must be Rolls-Royce certified with at least 2 years of proven experience.
- Advanced-level qualifications in Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency with electronic diagnostic equipment.
- Strong computer skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to learn new technology, repair procedures, and specifications.
