Job Description
This position is responsible for a wide variety of administrative support-related tasks. This position is for somebody who is exceedingly well organized, flexible and enjoys the challenges of supporting administrative functions to include but not limited to compliance, risk management, marketing, merchandising, technology, sales, and customer support.
The ability to interact with staff at all levels in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remain flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role. High level written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail are equally important.
This is an on-site role at our Walnut Creek facility.
Duties and Responsibilities to include:
- Responsible for performing a wide variety of administrative duties supporting daily operations of the company.
- Assist other members of the team with programming support.
- Create, review and summarize miscellaneous reports and documents.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner.
- Work closely with the team to coordinate and distribute information.
- Perform basic research and prepare reports.
- Communicate effectively with co-workers, customers, suppliers, management, and others to effectively exchange or convey information.
- Perform technical, specialized, complex and challenging office administrative work requiring the use of independent judgment.
- Other duties as assigned by management to address and provide effective support for the company mission, values and goals.

Experience Required
- High school diploma required.
Experience Preferred
- College degree is preferred with a business, economics, sales or marketing focus.
- Accounting, warehouse, manufacturing, hospitality, and/or retail experience are helpful.
