The Role

Join Bega Group and play a key role in managing inventory across our logistics network, and ensure the daily reconciliation of inventory is matching with our 3PL sites. This position offers the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams, drive process improvements, and contribute to operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Perform inventory reconciliations and resolve discrepancies to ensure data accuracy

  • Maintain inventory reporting and housekeeping tasks to support inventory flow

  • Collaborate with site teams and internal stakeholders to address inventory issues

  • Manage product donations and oversee quality hold and containment processes

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance inventory control

About You

  • Experienced in warehouse inventory control, ideally within a fast-paced FMCG environment

  • Skilled in using ERP - SAP/M3 or similar, with knowledge of warehouse management systems

  • Detail-oriented, organised, and committed to continuous improvement

  • Able to communicate clearly and effectively across teams

  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and managing competing priorities
