The Landings Golf and Athletic Club is a private luxury residential club on Skidaway Island dedicated to providing members with an active lifestyle through resort-class amenities. Located 12 miles from historic Savannah, our Club offers members access to six championship golf courses, two marinas, 31 tennis courts, 15 pickleball courts, eight bocce courts, 10 unique dining venues, five clubhouses, five swimming pools and a 52,000 sq. ft., wellness center.

Member Engagement
- Develop and implement creative solutions and strategies to consistently enhance member engagement and satisfaction with annual events
- Function as a point of contact for members, addressing their needs, concerns, and feedback for club events
- Foster a welcoming environment that encourages member participation in club activities and events
- Monitor event trends, competitor activities, and vendor offerings to ensure our members receive the latest and most relevant programming
Event Planning and Management
- Plan, coordinate, and execute a diverse range of events and activities that cater to the interests and demographics of the membership
- Creates detailed event orders for all F&B programmed events in collaboration with the catering department
- Attend all BEO meetings
- Assist in leading the development and curation of innovative and creative programming experiences, constantly pushing the boundaries to deliver unique and engaging content
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of F&B events
- Collaborate with Catering Sales Team to elevate private member events
- Manage event budgets and track expenses to ensure cost-effective operations
- Collaborate with Club leadership on planning and execution of Team Member Engagement events as requested
Communication and Marketing
- Develop and distribute regular communications in conjunction with the F&B Communications Manager to ensure regular communications to keep members informed about upcoming events, activities, and club news
- Utilize various marketing channels, including social media, email newsletters, and the Club’s website, to promote member engagement alongside the F&B and Club Communications Mangers
- Gather and analyze member feedback to continuously improve communication strategies and club event execution
- Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with event vendors, including musicians, florists, rental companies, and more, to ensure seamless collaboration and superior event execution
Member Services
- Present on-site during events to ensure high standards of service delivery ·
- Develop and maintain relationships with members to understand their needs and preferences
Program Development
- Create and manage a calendar of events and programs that cater to a wide range of member interests, including family-friendly activities, social gatherings, and F&B centric events
- Collaborate with the club’s leadership team to identify new opportunities for member engagement and enrichment
- Monitor and evaluate the success of programs and adjust as needed
- Develop and implement programs while growing and maintaining strong vendor relationships to ensure quality, seamless collaboration, and the best pricing on products
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospitality management, event planning, or a related field
- Proven record of delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences
- Proficiency in NorthStar and club management software is a plus

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to support club events and activities
- Able to create names and verbiages for club event
Travel Required:
- Within greater Savannah area for equipment/décor/prop pickup, occasionally traveling to off site storage unit
Physical Demands:
- Sitting and working on a computer 90% of shift
- Stooping, bending, or lifting from 1 up to 25 lbs for 10% of shift
- Standing for up to 75% of shift, on occasion
