Technical Configuration Analyst, AssociatePosition Purpose:
The purpose of the Technical Configuration Analyst is to create and maintain client profiles in Oracle database. Under general supervision, the Technical Configuration Analyst participates as a key team member within Professional Services and on new division-wide initiatives by providing operational support and performing analytical functions during these initiatives. Must have solid understanding of business rules and configurability options associated with Fiserv banking products and services. You will also support Account Management, Accounting, Product, Development, QA and other Fiserv teams enterprise-wide as needed for client and product deployment.

Essential Job Responsibilities:
Set up and maintain client profiles in a variety of systems across multiple environments. This includes financial institution’s product configuration for our proprietary Popmoney, TransferNow, OpenNow/FundNow, Small Business and other various banking products. Also support and implement product upgrades, migrations and maintenance projects. Develop in-depth understanding of product knowledge across all Fiserv products and impart knowledge to other team members. Serve as a “source of knowledge” regarding available systems parameters and impacts. Review and understand the specifications of technical requirements of client implementations. Provide ongoing operational support in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures. Assist in troubleshooting system configuration problems with other internal departments. Identify root causes of errors and make recommendations based on identified trends. Participate in the planning, design and testing phases of system upgrades, enhancements, or new products to understand and forecast impact to clients and work processes. Involves extensive interaction with members of cross-functional teams Develop proactive tools to continuously improve product configuration processes. Document system processes/data flows for department. Performs other duties as required

Job Related Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with focus on banking product lines (money movement) and services preferred
- Strong knowledge on SQL basics.
- Basic knowledge of banking products and services
