This is a fantastic opportunity for a special person who is enthusiastic about making a difference and doing something that really matters. Due to our continued success and growth, we are seeking a motivated “Storeperson” to join our successful team.

This is for a fulltime permanent position working in a temperature-controlled environment.

Shift timings: 6:00 am - 14:06 pm

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Complies with mandatory GMP/GDP/EHS

  • Complies with Pharmacy Operations EHS Requirements

  • Maintaining inventory/stock

  • Purchasing Baxter lines from Distribution Centres and receiving all inventory into JDE (and Merlin where applicable)

  • Assisting pharmacy with daily production needs

  • Transferring stock to other pharmacy sites if needed

  • Ensuring stock counts are completed accurately and on schedule.

  • Implementation of lean in store area

  • Organising credit/debit for under/over supply or damaged stock

  • Liaising with suppliers and Central Purchasers when necessary

  • Other pharmacy duties as required

  • Re-filling shelves ensuring stock rotation

  • End of the month stocktake

  • Other duties may include picking of materials and ancillaries to assist production

  • Supervising and prioritising work for picking assistants as required by daily production needs

 Skills & Qualifications:

  • Ability to adhere to procedure with good attention to detail.

  • Good communication and people skills.

  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team.

  • Good time management skills.

  • Technician level (for internals)

We are looking for a great tram player, positive attitude, flexible and adaptable. You’ll welcome coaching and feedback and are always looking at ways to further develop yourself as well as the service we offer.

This role is subject to the following:

  • A pre -employment medical including stringent vision screening (GMP requirement), background and reference checks.
