Job Summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager, Global Real Estate, to join our Global Real Estate & Facilities (GRE&F) team.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading complex, high-value real estate projects from inception to completion, ensuring all initiatives align with our global business strategy and are delivered on time and within budget.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
In this role, you will:
Responsibility 1: Drive and oversee the full project lifecycle for major real estate initiatives (e.g., acquisitions, dispositions, and complex lease events), managing scope, resources, and budgets to ensure all outcomes meet rigorous quality and financial standards.
Responsibility 2: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and senior leadership (e.g., Finance, Legal, external brokers, and architects) to negotiate agreements, manage contracts, and achieve critical project milestones.
Responsibility 3: Ensure strict compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as internal organizational standards and Real Estate Project Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), continuously monitoring risk and developing mitigation strategies.
What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)
The ideal candidate will have:
10+ years of experience in corporate real estate, capital projects, or large-scale property transaction management.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP or similar certification is a plus), real estate financial analysis, and portfolio optimization strategies.
Proven ability in advanced stakeholder management, negotiation, and coordinating complex, multi-regional projects concurrently.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Civil Engineering, Real Estate or Business Administration,or Construction Management is required.
