Westminster College - Office of Intercultural Engagement at Westminster College

Provide support to the Student Life – Diversity and Inclusion Fellow and Office of Intercultural Engagement diversity-related initiatives and programs, such as the Diversity Dialogues program, work with student affinity groups on campus, campus climate initiatives, and educational events promoting intercultural understanding and engagement. An interest in learning about and serving alongside historically marginalized groups and minoritized groups on campus is required. This position also serves as a part of the Center for Faith & Service staff--help with programming, plan and staff CFS events, staff the CFS during evening hours, and help CFS feel like a welcoming space. This position requires at least a minimum commitment of consistent shifts of 10 hours a week. Must have a passion for people, service, diversity of all sorts, and learning!
