TRAINING COORDINATOR (HR PS) (M/F/D)

YOUR TASKS
- Plan, organize, and coordinate training sessions for the Global and Germany client locations.
- Manage classroom, virtual, and blended learning sessions in the LMS.
- Collaborate with trainers to schedule and implement training programs effectively.
- Track learning interests and develop training plans for the assigned location.
- Create sessions, record attendance, and maintain accurate data in the LMS.
- Ensure timely and effective service delivery in line with global standard processes.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree
- A certification in German language (minimum B2, ideally C1/C2 level) is mandatory
- Strong communication skills in German and English (verbal & written)
- Understanding of business requirements
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with Clients
- Soft skills: reliability, communication skills, ability to deal with repetitive work
