Scheduling Agent

Are you passionate about making a difference in the health of our communities? Community Health of Central Washington has an opening for a full-time Scheduling Agent to provide excellent customer service while answering multiline telephones, scheduling appointments, verifying insurances, and obtaining patient eligibility and benefits information. You will play a key role in providing our patients with access to CHCW services.

Qualifications:

• HS Diploma/GED is required
• Prior experience in medical office and/or call center is preferred
• Bilingual Spanish/English is required
• Pre-Employment drug screen is required

$20.12 - $25.87 hourly
