In this role, you'll:
Work as part of the Western Sealing team supervising and providing leadership to team members, facilitating team processes and team development to meet agreed work plans. The role may be required to supervise minor contracts associated with the team’s activities. The role works under limited supervision and a high degree of autonomy. This is a permanent full time position based in Dubbo, tthe successful candidate must live within 100km radius of Dubbo with requirement for extensive travel away from home throughout the year (living away from home allowance, travel and accomodation will be paid).

About you
You're a supportive Team Leader with broad experience in bitumen spray sealing. You have demonstrated experience in supervision of multi-disciplinary site teams. You have a motor vehicle drivers license, white card and traffic control tickets or the willingness to obtain on employment.
