Overview

We’re seeking a motivated and curious Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing sales team. In this role, you’ll connect with potential customers, uncover their business challenges, and create qualified opportunities for our Account Executives. The ideal candidate is driven, adaptable, and eager to learn about the SaaS and partner ecosystem. 



Key Responsibilities

  • Engage potential customers through email, phone, and LinkedIn to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
  • Book discovery calls and demos for Account Executives, ensuring a smooth handoff and setting them up for success.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company's platform and the broader SaaS landscape, enabling you to confidently articulate our value and build credibility with prospects.
  • Learn each prospect’s business goals and challenges, aligning the company's solutions to their needs in a thoughtful, consultative way.
  • Research accounts and contacts to uncover key insights and ensure accurate, high-quality data in the CRM.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly goals for qualified meetings and pipeline generation.


Requirements

  • A consultative approach to selling — you know how to ask smart questions, listen actively, and uncover real business pain points.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with senior-level sales and marketing leaders.
  • Strong understanding of the SaaS ecosystem and common go-to-market tools (CRM, marketing automation, etc.). Familiarity with PRM or channel software is a plus.
  • Driven, curious, and adaptable — you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy learning about new industries and technologies.
  • Organized and self-motivated, with a bias toward action and results.
