In this role, you’ll handle repairs, construction projects, and general upkeep, as well as help design and lead new improvement initiatives. Responsibilities

  • Maintain all equipment including but not limited to oil changes, greasing fittings, etc.
  • Repair broken equipment if practical or coordinate delivery to service centers if necessary.
  • Maintain all facilities including but not limited to snow removal and fencing.
  • Maintain records on equipment maintenance.
  • Maintain a professional image including presentable appearance and client/animal information kept positive and confidential.
  • Follow Trans Ova’s policies and procedures.
  • Make repairs to all facilities including welding, etc.
  • Works on construction projects including fences and buildings.
  • Other Duties
    • Works with supervisor on designing and leading projects. 
    • Works with supervisor on budget estimates. 

Requirements

  • Education Requirements
    • Minimum high school diploma or G.E.D.
  • Physical Requirements/Working Conditions
    • Be able to lift 50 pounds.  
    • Working conditions are primarily an outdoor environment with extreme temperatures.
  • Other skills/experience
    • Prior construction or maintenance experience preferred.
    • Must be able to operate welder, acetylene torch, skid loader, ATVs, pickup, tractor, and payloader.  
    • Produces high quality work.
    • Detail oriented.
    • Able to complete jobs in a timely fashion and hit deadlines.
    • Positive attitude & flexibility.
