In this role, you’ll handle repairs, construction projects, and general upkeep, as well as help design and lead new improvement initiatives. Responsibilities
- Maintain all equipment including but not limited to oil changes, greasing fittings, etc.
- Repair broken equipment if practical or coordinate delivery to service centers if necessary.
- Maintain all facilities including but not limited to snow removal and fencing.
- Maintain records on equipment maintenance.
- Maintain a professional image including presentable appearance and client/animal information kept positive and confidential.
- Follow Trans Ova’s policies and procedures.
- Make repairs to all facilities including welding, etc.
- Works on construction projects including fences and buildings.
- Other Duties
- Works with supervisor on designing and leading projects.
- Works with supervisor on budget estimates.
Requirements
- Education Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or G.E.D.
- Physical Requirements/Working Conditions
- Be able to lift 50 pounds.
- Working conditions are primarily an outdoor environment with extreme temperatures.
- Other skills/experience
- Prior construction or maintenance experience preferred.
- Must be able to operate welder, acetylene torch, skid loader, ATVs, pickup, tractor, and payloader.
- Produces high quality work.
- Detail oriented.
- Able to complete jobs in a timely fashion and hit deadlines.
- Positive attitude & flexibility.
