As a Floor Supervisor, you will report to the Hotel Housekeeper and will be responsible for supervising the floor service.

Your Day-to-Day at NH Collection
- Ensuring the planning,
- coordination and supervision of the floor service,
- cleaning, hygiene and replacement of amenities and other products;µ
- cleaning rooms when needed
- Complying with service standards and internal hygiene and safety procedures in order to guarantee a service of quality and excellence,
- exceeding the expectations of the client.
Excellence begins with you – Your qualities
- Professional experience in similar roles.
- Basic Dutch and Englich is desired
Knowledge of Hazard analysis and critical control points (HACCP), hygiene and safety standards.
