About the Role
As a Senior Research Analyst, you’ll play a key role in executing our investment philosophy and process with a high degree of independence, while collaborating closely with senior team members. You’ll contribute to idea generation, security monitoring, and investment education for both clients and internal teams. This role also includes mentoring junior analysts and helping shape the firm’s research culture
Key Responsibilities
- Investment Process Execution: Support the firm’s investment strategy through rigorous research, analysis, and monitoring of securities and portfolios
- Idea Generation: Lead and contribute to the development of investment ideas across sectors and asset classes
- Mentorship: Guide and support junior analysts in developing their research skills and understanding of investment principles
- Education & Communication: Assist in creating and delivering investment education content for clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Investment Committee and other departments to ensure alignment and excellence in portfolio construction and client outcomes
Requirements
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Experience: 4 years as an equity analyst, with broad industry knowledge preferred (sector specialists also welcome)
- Analytical Skills: Ability to understand complex industry dynamics and evaluate competitive moats
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in research platforms such as FactSet, and strong skills in financial modeling and statement analysis
- Credentials: CFA preferred, or currently pursuing the designation
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially when translating complex investment concepts into clear insights
- Team Orientation: A collaborative mindset and a passion for mentoring and knowledge-sharing
