Description
PRIMARY FUNCTION: Leads and supports the DevOps department in the achievement of organizational and team goals, while managing project deliverables that support the strategic priorities of the Credit Union. Responsible for business and process analysis, workflow and automation development, business intelligence architecture and data governance and phased SDLC with proper code storage standards.
EXPERIENCE: Five years to eight years of similar or related experience.
REQUIRED SKILLS: DevOps management experience. Experience leading sprint reviews & phased SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle) management. Ability to effectively communicate, interact, and work with individuals and groups. High level of accuracy, and attention to detail. Strong time management with ability to multi-task and resolve technical emergencies. Verbal, written, listening, and interviewing skills. Conflict resolution and decision making skills. Must be PC-proficient, including keyboarding skills, in a Windows environment.
OTHER SKILLS: Azure DevOps code repositories, Symitar PowerOn or another credit union core application development. REACT, HTML/JavaScript (JS), Application Programming Interface (API), SOAP, xslt or REST
EDUCATION: (1) A bachelor's degree, or (2) achievement of formal certifications recognized in the industry as equivalent to a bachelor's degree (e.g., information technology certifications in lieu of a degree).
STARTING SALARY: Depending on Experience

Physical Requirements
Speaking on the telephone approximately 20% percent of workday. May need to shovel snow occasionally outside the office to clear sidewalks, etc.
Continuous sitting, standing, talking, and listening for extended periods of time, use of hands in repetitive tasks such as typing and writing, speaking, and hearing for interaction with members and coworkers, clarity of vision at 20 inches or less for processing of member transactions and computer usage, and memory demands in recalling Credit Union policies, services, and state and federal regulations.
Occasional lifting up to 35 pounds to move supplies or office equipment, bending, squatting, or kneeling to reach supplies on ground level, reaching above shoulder level to reach supplies overhead.
Work Environment
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. Employees work in an office environment with average noise levels impacted by computers, printers, scanners, phones, and other surrounding conversations. The credit union is located in Central Oregon and weather during the winter may impact travel. Seasonal fires may impact air quality.
