This includes finding solutions for campaign segmentation, defining and monitoring fields in the CDM and business support databases, validating processes and migrations, and performing ad-hoc analysis of segmentation and campaign data. Will also be responsible for developing and maintaining predictive models that help sales teams to make more targeted approaches to customers, optimizing sales strategies and improving the effectiveness of campaigns. These predictive models will be the foundation for generating leads for the Sales teams. Furthermore, this role acts as a single point of contact for data validation and dataset requests, defining and validating processes for sharing data between the CDM, Siebel, and business support. And additionally, automating processes to increase efficiency in information management and database updates is also a key responsibility of this position.

What you’ll do

  • Data sharing process submission; 
  • VBU point of contact to dataset requests and validation; 
  • Define and monitor fields in the CDM and business support databases; 
  • Campaigns Segmentation; 
  • Dataset to Mandatory campaigns; 
  • Develop predictive models and improve then through machine learning; 
  • Automate processes to ensure more efficiency on managing Data.

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Management; 
  • Competence to develop predictive models that recommend sales actions and generate leads; 
  • Ability to build and maintain models for B2B use cases, monitoring models in production, managing CI/CD triggers for machine learning models, and reviewing codes for new models, updates, changes, and migrations; 
  • Capacity to solve campaign segmentation problems, define, validate, and monitor fields in the CDM and business support databases, validate processes and migrations, and perform ad-hoc analysis of segmentation and campaign data; 
  • Competence to automate processes, increasing efficiency in information management and database updates. This includes simplifying database workflows, such as processes for updating DUN data and processing mandatory campaign data; 
  • Experience with machine learning tools; 
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
