Responsibilities
- Answer all incoming calls to customer service.
- Respond to customer calls, texts, and emails.
- Answer questions about products and services.
- Process letter requests, and any documentation mail outs needed.
- Direct customer complaints or concerns to the correct representative.
- Log all contacts in our customer database system accurately.
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as copying and filing.
- Always adhering to a company’s policies and procedures when assisting customers.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- 2 years of Customer Service experience.
- Phone experience. Call center experience preferred.
- Experience in a business office setting.
- High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
- Ability to stay calm when customers are upset.
- Comfortable using computers.
- Experience working with customer support.
- Ability to work in office Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay Type: Hourly
Annual Salary Range: $ 35,000 - $45,000 per year
Paid: Weekly
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8-5pm
Work Location: In person role in Hot Springs, AR office.
