Responsibilities:- Processing customer order including In-House and SV2 order
- Scheduling jobs for the technicians
- Coordinate Client Service training.
- Online customer training.
- Good-in process & stock management
- First Line customer queries management including technical enquires
- CQN investigation Support
- Booking in inhouse repairs
- Coordinating fully managed contracts
- Customer interaction including face to face when required.
- Up-Sell and understand customer safety needs and product requirements.
- To carry out other specific relevant duties on a periodic basis, as agreed with management to assist in the efficient running of our business and contribute to our profit objectives.
Someone with ability in conducting tasks, organized and able to communicate properly via email and phone
