We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with expertise in POS systems and inventory management. In this role, you will lead the gathering and documentation of business requirements, support UI design, and work closely with stakeholders and customers across the organization to ensure solutions meet business needs and objectives. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proven track record of driving business analysis in complex projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct stakeholder and customer interviews, workshops, and brainstorming sessions to elicit requirements.

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into user stories with clear acceptance criteria.

  • Create and maintain documentation, including user stories, workflows, process flows, use cases, and reports, in JIRA, ensuring traceability.

  • Develop process flows and supporting artifacts to visualize business processes and system interactions.

  • Leverage expertise in POS systems, inventory management, and data integrations to provide insights and guidance.

  • Support UI design through wireframes, prototypes, and user flows, contributing to a seamless user experience.

  • Support usability testing and continuous UI improvements to meet stakeholder needs.

  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure requirements are accurately implemented.

  • Identify, track, and communicate project risks, issues, and dependencies.

  • Assist in documentation and training, including user manuals, guides, and system materials.

  • Participate in solution testing and validation to ensure alignment with user requirements.

 

UI Design Support

  • Assist in creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for POS, Inventory, and other systems.

  • Ensure designs are user-friendly and meet the needs of multiple stakeholders.

  • Provide input on UI/UX improvements based on stakeholder feedback and usability testing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Proven experience with POS systems, inventory management, and data integrations.

  • Strong understanding of store operations and software development lifecycle (SDLC).

  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Experience in UI design, wireframing, prototyping, and creating detailed process flows.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience using JIRA or similar tools is a plus.
