Purpose of the role:
This position is meant to drive and deliver business value to delight our consultants and consumers. Our goal is to develop a world-class engineering team that is focused on continuous learning and continuous improvement. Education and Experience:
- Minimum 5 years in technical role as engineer or architect.
- Additional 5 years of service as a manager. Previous experience in a manager role is preferred.
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, CIS, or MIS is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits:
The anticipated salary range for this position starts at $160,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. This role is eligible for performance-based bonus based on individual and company performance.

Pampered Chef currently follows a hybrid schedule at the headquartered office in Addison, IL. The expectation is for employees to be in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday every week.
