What You’ll Do

  • Manage incoming event leads and turn them into booked business

  • Plan and coordinate birthday parties, company outings, school events, and private celebrations

  • Serve as the main point of contact for guests—before, during, and after events

  • Create event timelines, menus, and layouts while keeping everything organized

  • Work alongside our catering, operations, and amusements teams to deliver flawless events

  • Be on-site during events to ensure everything runs smoothly

  • Promote events and specials to drive revenue and repeat business

  • Deliver exceptional guest service every step of the way

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in event planning, hospitality, catering, or sales

  • Highly organized with strong follow-through

  • Great communicator who builds strong client relationships

  • Able to multitask in a busy environment

  • Comfortable working toward sales goals

  • Professional, friendly, and team-focused

  • Must be available weekends and event hours
