WHAT YOU GET TO DO
The Continuous Improvement Manager is responsible for leading and facilitating initiatives that drive operational excellence across the organization. This role focuses on identifying inefficiencies, implementing process improvements, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The manager collaborates with cross-functional teams to analyze workflows, develop strategies, and execute projects that enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve quality and customer satisfaction.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

- Lead Kaizen events and process improvement workshops across Resident Business Services (RBS) sites.
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with Site Managers and Operations to implement best practices.
- Develop and maintain SOPs and training materials.
- Track and report on continuous improvement project outcomes and ROI.
- Promote a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Lead and manage continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
- Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize operations and reduce costs.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with department leaders to align improvement initiatives with business goals.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of improvement efforts and KPIs.
- Serve as a change agent, encouraging innovation and accountability throughout the organization.
- Perform all other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
WHAT YOU HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3-5 years direct experience required.
- 2+ years’ experience leading a team.
- Proven experience in process improvement, project management, or operations.
- Certification in Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher preferred).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Working Conditions and Environment:
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Travel required up to 40%
- Passport or ability to obtain passport
- Professional office etiquette is required at all times
- Ability to travel by air both domestically (US) and internationally (primarily to Austria and other parts of Europe as well as Canada)
- Physical requirements: sitting for long periods of time, standing, walking, climbing a ladder, speaking, visual acuity, finger dexterity, listening, reaching at arm’s length, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
