This is an onsite position that requires the selected candidate to be onsite 5 days per week in Pontiac, Michigan.

Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and safety conscious tradesperson to join our team. The candidate for this role will be responsible for performing general maintenance tasks at LMM and Client facilities. This is a multi-skilled maintenance position requiring a broad range of handyman-type abilities. The ideal candidate is versatile, detail oriented, and committed to delivering quality work.
Responsibilities:
- Installation and repair of modular offices, drywall, wood stud, steel stud, and CMU walls.
- Painting and light finish work
- Drop ceiling installation and repair
- Flooring and cove base installation
- Caulking & Sealing
- Construction of warehouse racking systems
- Mounting of fixtures
- General cleaning
Requirements:
- Proven work experience in general maintenance, carpentry, and light construction work. (Residential, commercial, or industrial)
- Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, equipment, and safety procedures
- Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and perform manual labor
- High school diploma or equivalent, trade certifications are a plus.
