What You’ll Do 

  • Oversee social media execution to ensure consistency with the LASCANA brand vision and mission.
  • Create and publish engaging, on-brand content (posts, captions, reels, and stories).
  • Manage social media calendars, ensuring timely posting and creative alignment with brand objectives.
  • Be the owner of AI content creation and coordinate with in-house teams and AI tools to develop photo & video assets and entire shootings.
  • Leverage content creator platforms to find matching influencers, schedule campaigns, follow-up with payments, gifting and affiliate links. Curate user-generated content weekly.
  • Support influencer and media relations—vetting, outreach, and performance tracking.
  • Monitor performance, prepare monthly social reports, and share actionable insights to guide strategy.
  • Stay ahead of trends and spot real-time opportunities for engagement.
  • Represent the brand at special events.

What You Bring 

  • 1–3 years of experience managing social media platforms (mainly Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok) and content creation.
  • Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills – comfortable with data, performance metrics, and reporting.
  • Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut incl. video editing
  • Comfortable on camera and directing shoots.
  • Proactive, organized, and curious about new social trends.
  • Local to the Jacksonville area or able to commute.
  • Passion for fashion and creating memorable brand experiences.
