The Premier Acquisition Manager is responsible for acquiring and managing relationships with High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) for retail loan products. The role focuses on building a strong CASA (Current Account Savings Account) book, selling third-party products (TPP), and generating revenue through high-value customer engagement. The candidate should possess strong coordination skills, a customer-centric approach, and prior experience in portfolio management.
Responsibilities
Acquire new HNI customers for retail loan products and banking services.
Drive revenue through cross-selling of third-party products (TPP) such as insurance, mutual funds, etc.
Build and grow CASA book size by onboarding quality customers.
Maintain and nurture relationships with existing HNI clients to ensure long-term engagement.
Coordinate effectively with internal teams including credit, legal, operations, and product teams.
Ensure compliance with KYC norms and proper documentation for all customer acquisitions.
Provide end-to-end support to customers and channel partners, ensuring timely updates and resolution.
Leverage existing customer base to generate new business opportunities.
