Your Role
Join us for this exciting opportunity. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Principal, Personalised Marketing to deliver exceptional customer experiences across the full customer lifecycle for primarily the NRMA Insurance brand.
You’ll manage targeted campaigns executed across all personalisation channels including email, SMS, mail, push, social and digital – from strategy and audience selection right through to creative execution and measurement.
By relentlessly pursuing optimisation opportunities, you’ll constantly strive to uplift the customer experience and improve campaign effectiveness. Through deep cross-functional stakeholder engagement, you’ll work with multiple teams across IAG and its external partners to ensure the work meets the needs of the company and delivers on our promise of help.
This is a 6 month max term contract opportunity, based in Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney)
About You
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in email marketing, with hands-on delivery of campaigns including strategy, creative briefing, content approvals, and audience targeting using data
Prior experience in growth, CRM, or marketing automation roles, with a strong understanding of audience segmentation and personalisation (Adobe stack preferred)
Proven track record in executing customer lifecycle marketing programs at scale, delivering measurable business outcomes
Skilled in optimisation and test-and-learn methodologies, using both quantitative and qualitative insights to drive performance
Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with experience navigating fast-paced, matrixed environments
Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills, capable of presenting to large, diverse audiences and adapting messaging on the fly
Passionate about brand and customer experience across all touchpoints, with a forward-thinking mindset on personalisation and digital journeys
