As we continue to expand nationally, we are building our presence in Perth and looking for a driven, energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team.

Requirements

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and ambitious SDR who wants to kick start or grow their sales career in cybersecurity. You will be the first point of contact for new prospects, responsible for identifying potential clients, qualifying leads and setting up meetings for our Business Development Managers (BDMs).

Working closely with our marketing team, you will follow up on inbound leads, engage prospects through outbound activity, and help fill events and roundtables that showcase the Triskele Labs brand. You will learn the ins and outs of cybersecurity sales and have a clear path for progression into a BDM role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify new business opportunities within target industries.
  • Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns and digital channels.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, LinkedIn and events.
  • Book meetings and demonstrations for the BDM team.
  • Work closely with marketing to drive attendance at roundtables, webinars and client events.
  • Maintain accurate records of all outreach and leads in HubSpot CRM.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly activity targets.
  • Represent Triskele Labs professionally at industry events and conferences.

What We Are Looking For

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in sales or customer facing roles (technology or B2B preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a confident, professional manner.
  • Resilient and persistent, comfortable handling rejection and keeping energy high.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self motivated with a genuine curiosity about cybersecurity.
  • Experience using HubSpot or another CRM is an advantage.
  • Based in Perth with full working rights in Australia.
