As a QA Engineer, you'll partner with our development team to design test strategies, build automation frameworks, and ensure seamless product releases. You'll have a key role in identifying issues, driving improvements, and delivering an exceptional user experience. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure that our web applications function as expected.
• Work closely with the development team to understand the product requirements and features.
• Create automated tests and maintain existing test suites to improve test efficiency.
• Identify, record, and document thoroughly any bugs found during testing.
• Participate in the design and development meetings to provide input on potential quality issues.
• Help troubleshoot issues, suggesting improvements, and ensuring that updates are tested before being deployed.
• Maintain documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of software.
• Analyze test results, discover and report root causes for test failures.
• Ensure that all aspects of quality are measured and that defects are reported and dealt with during the product life cycle.
• Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.

Requirements

• A native or fluent Mandarin speaker with 2+ years of experience as a QA Software Engineer

• Experience in testing APIs, Micro services, Web services, and Web pages
• Excellent analytical skills, with demonstrable experience driving issues to resolution
• Experience working closely with developers, product and delivery managers, and other stakeholders
• A desire to be involved in all aspects of product development from inception through planning, design, implementation, and delivery
• The ability to engage with software engineers to embed quality in all stages of development
• A passion for becoming a domain expert in the systems we build, and the customers who use them
• Analytical and critical thinking skills - asking good questions, challenges assumptions and challenge existing ideas and viewpoints
• Test automation with knowledge in Java, Python
• Proficiency in Selenium Framework, JMeter, etc
• Experience in Agile environment and comfortable with fast-paced delivery process
