Main Purpose of Job:
Sr. Executive – Credit Control (Accounts Payable) is responsible for accurate and timely processing of payment to Advances & Settlements from various Inchcape offices as well as third party agents for Crew Logistic business.
Key Accountabilities:
As part of Credit Control team (Accounts Payable), the individual would be accountable for
- Verify & process the payments to LPA / Vendors in accordance with company policies.
- Ensure timely payments to LPA / Vendors (including Advances)
- Reconciling the LPA / Vendor SOA & resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Monitoring INTRAY Documents & adjustment posting before processing the payments to LPA / Vendor.
- Coordinating with DA Team, OPS Team & Other Team to resolve any invoices, system or payment related issues.
- Monitor AP aging reports and follow up on outstanding items
- Assist in month-end closing activities such as Bank reconciliation report & other reports as required by management.
- Preparation weekly cashflow report, Cashbook for customers.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all AP transactions
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives within the AP function.
- Training and mentoring juniors AP Team members.
The post holder will carry out any other duties as are within the scope and purpose of the job as requested by the Line Manager and ensure full utilization of all ISS systems according to Standard Operating Procedures
Key Deliverables:
Timely payment to LPA / Vendor & SOA reconciliation- Ensuring timely & correct BRS report at month end
- Analyzing the open items in books & discussing with Supervisor for further action.
- Supporting other team members & providing guidance whenever required

Knowledge, Experience and Skills:
Essential:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and AP processes.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word & Excel) & Internet.
- 3 - 5 years’ experience in similar profile.
- Good verbal and written English Langue communication skills.
Desirable:
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to demonstrate a professional, confident attitude
- Ability to handle high-volume transactions and work under pressure.
Education and Professional Qualifications:
Essential : Graduate in Finance
Desirable : Shipping Course
