About the position
Location: Bengaluru

You’ll be supporting our Global Business Teams with SAP technologies across 95 markets, driving the creation of the Order to Cash Roadmap with full IT accountability of our IT Finance platforms.
You’ll be the SAP S/4 HANA expert, seeing the big picture and localising it to the market at hand. Taking the business on the journey with your fantastic business partnering skills. You will help us operate these cutting-edge SAP tools that we have recently implemented globally.
So, what does it take to be successful in this role?
Deep SAP Expertise
Success starts with strong hands-on experience in SAP ERP (SD, LE, FSCM, MM, TPM) and S/4HANA, with functional depth in Order Management, EDI, Credit, Invoicing, Collections, and Disputes.Strategic Thinking & Roadmap Ownership
Ability to define and maintain a clear technical and functional roadmap aligned with business goals, while ensuring adherence to industry best practices and standards.Demand Management & Delivery Oversight
Skill in validating IT demand, challenging non-standard requirements, managing backlog, and ensuring cost-effective, fit-for-purpose delivery with SI partners.Strong Stakeholder Engagement
Proven capability to collaborate with senior business and IT stakeholders across global teams, backed by excellent communication and governance skills.Project & Support Leadership
Experience in SAP project delivery and support operations, with the ability to manage capacity, cost allocation, and ensure operational continuity post-deployment.
