  • Reporting To: Area Manager - Sales (Motor Cycles)
  • Nature of Role: Team Handling

  • Target Achievement

    1. Responsible for Achieving Volume Targets for The Area On Quarterly Basis
    2. Responsible for Achieving Penetration Targets for The Area On Quarterly Basis Sales Penetration
    3. Responsible for Increase in Number of Finance Customers with Dealership/S On Quarterly Basis
    4. To Execute Special Schemes for Festivals and Conducting Loan Melas Etc.
    5. To Increase Insurance Penetration On Total Sales On Quarterly Basis Quality Improvement
    6. Login to Disbursement Ratio Should Be Kept More Than 80%.
    7. Repayment Should Be More Than 95% Within The Tat
