About the Programme
This isn’t just a graduate scheme—it’s a springboard into a purpose-driven finance career. Over five immersive rotations, you’ll gain hands-on experience across key financial functions at Genuit Group:

Who We’re Looking For
We welcome applications from graduates in finance, economics, business, or related disciplines who are:
Passionate about finance and its role in sustainable growth
Analytical, curious, and eager to learn across functions
Committed to sustainability and responsible business practices
Strong communicators with a collaborative mindset
Ready to travel and embrace site-based and office-based work
There will be a mixture of office, home, and site working.
Genuit Group will support the development of professional accreditation, such as with CIMA, ACCA or other relevant bodies.
What to Expect if You’re Shortlisted
Video Submission – A brief 2-minute video answering “Why should we hire you?”
Assessment Day – Includes a group exercise and an interview with a short presentation
Final Interview – A one-on-one conversation with our Senior Management Team to explore further and confirm next steps

Timelines and important dates!
28th November: Application process will close.
Friday 19th December: If you are shortlisted and asked to generate a Video Submission, this email will come to you directly on or before this date.
Friday 2nd January 2026: You will have until this date to submit your video to us
Friday 16th January 2026: Your video will then be reviewed by our Talent Team and if successful, you will then be contacted to attend our Assessment Centre, of which, further details will be confirmed to you at that time!
