Role Overview

This role is dedicated to driving new customer acquisition through research, pre-qualification, and onboarding. It supports business growth by identifying and analysing high-potential prospects, enabling the sales team to focus on relationship-building and conversion.

Key Responsibilities 

• Conduct R&D to identify and pre-qualify prospects
• Handover qualified leads to sales with clear priorities and goals
• Track and analyse the full prospect-to-customer journey
• Own and report on Project Engagement metrics (calls, quotes, conversions)
• Collaborate daily with sales and management to optimise lead handling
• Provide insights into why prospects convert or drop off
  

Project Engagement Focus

• Analyse call frequency, follow-ups, and conversion success
• Align call data with quote and order metrics
• Drive accountability and continuous improvement in prospecting
• Support future system development for streamlined tracking
