Joining our IT team as the IT Operations Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring operational excellence across our global offices. You will manage a small team of IT support technicians and take ownership of onboarding, moves, and off boarding processes, as well as maintaining accurate IT inventory and stock levels. Your expertise in Microsoft 365, network management (particularly with Ubiquiti), and basic scripting will be key to supporting and improving our IT infrastructure.

- Proven experience as a senior IT professional with strong operational expertise.
- Demonstrable experience managing and leading a small IT support team.
- Expertise in Microsoft 365 administration, including Entra, Intune, Exchange, and SharePoint.
- Experience of administering SaaS platforms including FreshService, Slack, Notion, Gong & Zendesk.
- Solid knowledge of network management, preferably with Ubiquiti systems.
- Strong stakeholder management skills to build effective relationships across teams.
- Experience managing IT inventory and ensuring operational excellence in onboarding, moves, and offboarding processes.
- Ability to identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
- Scripting ability in PowerShell or Python to troubleshoot and maintain automation scripts would be beneficial, but isn't essential!

Working together in person helps us move faster, collaborate better, and build a great Liberis culture. Our hybrid working policy requires team members to be in the office at least 3 days a week, but ideally 4 days. At Liberis, we embrace flexibility as a core part of our culture, while also valuing the importance of the time our teams spend together in the office.
