The Global Communications team, which sits within the integrated marketing department, is a visible and crucial communications role. We're looking for our new EU Product Communications Lead for The Sims franchise.This is a hybrid remote/in-office role from our Lyon or Guildford studio.Reporting to the Integrated Communications Senior Manager, you will collaborate with teams around the business. You will ensure that our PR strategies are working in Europe and you will help to communicate how the roll-out of strategy, communication creative and activations can be most effective across our markets to ensure product campaigns are global. You will also be an important partner of the Brand Marketing Regional Leads and contributor to the EU integrated go-to-market plans.A list of specific responsibilities and qualifications for this role can be found below.Work with the Global Communications team and Regional Brand teams, along with EU PR agencies across the organization to lead multifaceted plans and creative communications. strategies for The Sims franchise, ensuring they resonate across the regions.Help to ensure the powerful messages and storylines we deliver through PR meet the business and communication needs of International markets.Ensure accurate feedback on local executions to the global communications leads and Senior Manager.Coordinate and support respective agencies to pitch and place work in national, regional and local news outlets.Deliver reports on important campaign beats for each franchise giving both country breakdowns and a Pan-EU overview.Communicate with internal partners on upcoming content and activationsCoordinate and share with the wider integrated communications team and brand partners your engagement best practices, and innovations highlighting your personal, and teams, successes and insights.Be able to provide insight into hot topics within the press to help develop messaging.Guide the franchise EU PR teams with their cross portfolio PR activations and general processes.Support the EU PR agency management with the implementation of annual reviews and any best practices.Guide a local PR agency when there is a need.QualificationsTechnical skills5+ years of experience in communications, strategic media relations or public relations in multiple International territories.Measure PR efforts with PR monitoring tools to provide data-informed actions.Experience interpreting press feedback to make relevant recommendations.Planning, organizational, and task/project management abilities.Written and verbal communication skills in English, able to present plans and concepts in English.Familiar with collaborating in a global environment.Bachelor's degree (or similar) in Communications or Marketing, but not essential.#Li-Hybrid
