Primary Function
The Records Management Manager is responsible for supporting Servicing and Originations Operations functions.
The position oversees a team in the Records Management Group. Additionally, the position manages daily support functions with an emphasis on Vendor functions, production issues, workflow efficiencies and process improvement.

Principal Duties:

- Accomplishes department objectives by managing staff, planning, and evaluating team functions.
- Monitors various types of data and image file deliveries for accuracy and performance objectives.
- Manages Imaging/OCR vendor for daily performance to ensure efficiency standards and SLA requirements are met.
- Troubleshoot production issue requests related to funding, data/image delivery types. Work with internal or Vendor IT support as needed.
- Ensure all team mailboxes are being monitored and requests from various teams/groups are satisfied.
- Partner with internal IT Group for system enhancements/releases to complete requirements, project support and UAT as needed.
- Partner with Vendor IT Group for system enhancements/releases to complete requirements, project support and UAT as needed.
- Cross train to support all functions within the Records Management Team.
- Ensures best in class customer service to various internal departments, Clients, IT Group, and Vendors.
Education and Experience

- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- 6+ years of related experience.
- Project management experience.
