Human Resources ManagerPosition Overview
The Human Resources Manager will cultivate a safe, honest and open team environment where all associates are engaged and aligned with the facility’s business goals. The Human Resources Manager will directly impact these goals through focused efforts in creating an environment where people like to work, assisting with talent management, risk assessments, and change leadership.

Responsibilities:
Build and encourage positive associate relations
Actively assist with performance management and development
Maintain a healthy level of staffing that allows our Business Partners to operate an efficient and fully utilized team of associates
Conduct investigations both internal, hotline, etc.
Partner with all team members to navigate complex conflicts to achieve resolution
Respond to changes in the business
Develop and implement a positive and sustainable recognition program
Develop and Implement associate recognition and diversity committees
Facilitate a productive and inclusive work culture
Coaching and development of plant supervisory staff
Navigate the challenges associated with workers’ comp claims

Qualifications:
4-year degree is required
1+ years HR Generalist experience
HR Management experience preferred
